WHAT’S GOING ON IN THE UNITED METHODIST CHURCH?
On Thursday evening, June 6 at 6:30p, in the sanctuary, we will have an information session to discuss what is happening in the Susquehanna Annual Conference (we will have just finished our annual meeting in Williamsport) and the larger general church (after General Conference ended on May 4). This is a great opportunity to ask questions as we share what we know about the future of The United Methodist Church.
COMMUNITY DINNERS MEETING
We’d like to go back to having Community Dinners once a month or every two or three months, to start. We can decide that at our first meeting. Several people have sent emails saying they’re interested and because of that I would like to have an exploratory meeting. This meeting is set for June 4th at 6:30p in the Conference Room. If you’d like to participate in this endeavor, please attend this meeting. If you want to attend but do not have transportation or already have an obligation for this date, please let me know your thoughts. LEMOYNE COMMUNITY BLOCK PARTY 2024 IS SET!

We’ve had tremendous success with our free clothing “Shed of Grace” and we’re in need of some more clothing. Undergarments are our most pressing need, so we ask that those be brand new. OUTDOOR WORSHIP SERVICE!
We're planning to worship in the park with Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church! This service will take place on Sunday, June 2 at 9:30am. We'd love for just a few people to work on planning a picnic right after worship with our neighborhood friends. If you're interested, please let the church office know!

MISSION CENTRAL COLLECTION AT ANNUAL CONFERENCE
This year at the Annual Conference we’re collecting items for Care Kits for Mission Central. We’re invited, as a church, to collect items and bring them to the Annual Conference. The Harrisburg Supervisory Area has been assigned hand towels as our donation item. Our goal is 1,000 complete Care Kits which means we need to gather 1,000 hand towels!
RIP MEDICAL DEBT!
The church council has set a goal to raise $10,000 in support of RIP Medical debt. We can offer NEW LIFE to people struggling. We can wipe out all the debt that RIP Medical Debt has access to throughout Cumberland County!
